Sans Bakery is a gluten free bakery located in New York City. We have two core beliefs: people following a gluten free diet shouldn't have to settle for pastry-less coffees; and in addition to being delicious, gluten free goods should be readily available. That's why we provide fresh, all-natural gluten free baked goods to coffee shops, restaurants and other NYC establishments...and direct to customers! We believe that you get out of a product what you put into it. We bake in our brand new, 100% gluten free facility with the best ingredients we can get our doughy hands on. All of our flours come from gluten free facilities. We source our butter and eggs locally, and our chocolate is of the highest quality made without any preservatives. Our goods are the best on the market because we refuse to make anything less. Currently we work with cafes, bistros, and juice bars in New York City, Connecticut, Philadelphia, and New Jersey.
