Sanef ITS Operations UK is a privately owned subsidiary of the French motorway operator Sanef. With headquarters in Paris (Issy-les-Moulineaux), France, and operations in five other European countries, as well as Canada, Sanef is a leading tolling solutions provider on an international scale. Sanef is predominantly owned by Spanish conglomerate Abertis (ABE) whose holdings lie primarily in road infrastructure, but also in telecommunications and airport operations.
