Dear Friends. Just a quick note to confirm what many of your already know. Sales Quality Research Group, inc was closed permanently last year - a victim of the Covid-19. In the years leading up to the Pandemic, Sales Quality Group relied primarily on in-person mystery shops for most of our revenue. And while we were looking forward to a great year in 2020, the wheels fell off that wagon in March and April of 2020 when every single client either cancelled their contracts outright or postponed them indefinitely. As a result, we were forced to furlough all key members of our staff, and all of them ultimately retired or resigned. I attempted to keep the company afloat during 2020 and 2021 by loaning the company money, but clearly that did not work. The company officially closed for good during the 3rd quarter of 2021. I am pleased to report that Bill, our former operations manager has officially retired and intends to move back to Phoenix with his wife and dad this fall. Suzette, our former field director, has entered the health insurance field and loves it. Martha, our former office manager, is doing extremely well as a bookkeeper for a half-dozen companies. I ended up doing consulting and project management for Jancyn Market Research, a large and successful full service research firm with dozens of bank clients. I split my time also working for my wife who runs a successful specialty food brokerage and demo business. I have retained my SQG email address, at least for now. You can also reach me on my cell.
