St. Andrew's Residential Programs - S.T.A.R. Programs is committed to providing safe and inclusive residential programs with guidance and support for adolescents and young adults to build and practice their independent living skills. We currently operate a Transitional Housing Placement Program for youth ages 16-17, a Transitional Housing Placement - Non Minor Dependent for young adults ages 18 up to 21. We have recently opened a Transitional Housing and Rapid Rehousing Program through the Youth Homeless Demonstration Project in Santa Clara County. We are serving young adult 18-24 who are experiencing housing instability.
