Rushcliffe CVS Information

Rushcliffe Community and Voluntary Service (RCVS) supports community and voluntary groups in Rushcliffe and Gedling, from advice centres and lunch clubs to wildlife trusts and scout groups. The charity helps and inspires groups and organisations to get started and run professionally. RCVS offers expert advice and assistance with training, fundraising and volunteering, as well as giving encouragement and moral support. And because we believe in what these groups stand for, we try to represent their views to those who make decisions affecting their work. Just some of the services we offer include Rushcliffe and Gedling Voluntary Transport Schemes – community transport schemes providing safe, affordable and reliable transport for elderly and disabled passengers. We offer a befriending service and also run a Volunteer Centre.
