We measure our success not by how much profit we make, but by how much social impact we achieve. We know just how much difference getting and keeping a job can have on someone's mental well being, and that in turn can have many other positive impacts in people's lives and the communities they live in. So we measure and report our social impact each year. By March 2020 we have supported more than 500 young people to achieve a positive outcome like getting a job, apprenticeship or training course.
