Rupantaran Foundation Information

Rupantaran Foundation is a registered not for profit, apolitical organisation formed in 2009 with an aim to promote responsive citizenship among communities through engaged youth and adolescents. Vision: A transformed society built on equity, dignity and peace. Mission: Enabling social justice in communities through active citizenship by promoting youth leadership, catalysing opportunities and access to rights & entitlements. At Rupantaran, we work on the issues of gender equity, child protection, livelihoods promotion, education, health and nutrition.The organisation involves youth through active learning methods of social change processes so that they can carry forward these linkages in their personal life, in a way become effective and expressive change agents for themselves and their surroundings.
