Rodel Inc. was founded in Wilmington, Delaware in 1969 and expanded with operations in Arizona in 1973. The company has evolved into a global leader in precision surface technologies serving the semiconductor and other industries worldwide. As a way of giving back to the communities that supported the success of Rodel Inc., the Foundations' primary objective is to help improve the public education systems in Delaware and Arizona so that they are widely recognized as two of the best in the country by 2012 and 2020 respectively.
