RocketMamas LLC Information

We are a community of moms working without a corporate tether and flying without a net. We are moms who own businesses, moms who telecommute, moms who write proposals at playspaces, moms who work weird shifts, moms who rent a desk at a co-working office, moms who are entrepreneurs. We are RocketMamas. We're here to share ideas and work-from-home tips, make friends, incubate our businesses, vent, give moral support and have meetups. NOTE: This is NOT a Direct Sales or MLM recruiting, swapping or sales group. We support all moms balancing WFH, but sales/recruiting activities will get you banned. As we grow, we will be able to offer discounts and memberships that will help support our members' untethered approach to work/life balance. RocketMamas began in Chicago as support group for local moms balancing working from home with caring for children. The moms started meeting up to compare notes on how they balanced work and childcare, became friends and started building partnerships to help build up each others' businesses. We developed monthly business incubator events to share knowledge. The group continues to grow, showing there is a need to support the growing number of mothers who opt out of a traditional 9-5 corporate office job in favor of the flexibility --and uncertainty-- of the untethered approach of a RocketMama.
