When we started Rockadi we had no background in fashion, but we saw a gap in the market and thought it would be fun to set up a little business to make some money on the side. What we discovered was an industry with a disregard for environmental impact and a disrespect for the labour force, prioritising cost over conscience. We considered stopping.
