For 26 years Robert Kirby has been helping individuals and groups make profound changes by understanding themselves better. Robert brings to his practice academic qualifications in psychology and business; and decades of practical experience in both. He holds a BSc in business and psychology; an MA with a dual major of clinical psychology and psychosomatics medicine; and an MBA. Before realising his own fulfilment would come from helping others achieve their potential, Robert was a successful and effective manager with a track record of rapid promotion in difficult environments. Before setting up his own consulting business, Robert rapidly climbed the corporate ladder at US aerospace multinationals PerkinElmer and Hughes Aircraft. At Hughes Aircraft he led a team of 60 people responsible for managing multi-billion dollar contract negotiations. Robert has practised on three continents, worked with thousands of people and seen his clients all over the world unlock their potential to achieve extraordinary success. Robert brings to his work an unquenchable curiosity that has led him to synthesise various approaches. He is not limited to seeing people through a single lens. Instead, he is able to apply individual solutions to individual experiences and goals. Based in Sydney, Robert specialises in helping businesspeople position themselves to take their careers to new heights or to unlock the potential in their own businesses by building on their strengths and working through their blocks.
