Roadrunnerfoot Engineering designs, manufactures and supplies high-technology prosthetic and orthotic components — made in Italy — for orthopedic technicians and distributors worldwide. Founded in 2007 as a spin-off of Politecnico di Milano by Daniele Bonacini — engineer, below-knee amputee and Paralympic athlete (Athens 2004) — we manage the entire chain in-house: engineering, prototyping, carbon fiber lamination, metal parts, testing and after-sales support. Every product starts from gait analysis of the sound limb. Our products are independently tested by Politecnico di Milano, and Roadwalking and Roadflexion were the first carbon fiber feet tested and validated by Berlin Cert. What we make: · Patented carbon fiber prosthetic feet: Sprinter's King (running), Roadwalking, Roadflexion and Joker · Knee joints, pylons and modular adapters · Liners, sleeves, cosmetic covers and silicone parts · Carbon fiber and PEEK orthoses, carbon fiber wheelchairs · Raw materials, tools and machinery to equip a complete O&P lab Certified under MDR (EU) 2017/745, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016. Together with NGOs, foundations and institutions — and through our NGO Roadrunnerheart — we have provided prostheses to people who could not afford them in Haiti, Jordan, Libya and Ukraine.
