Established in 2008, Riverton Capital Holding S.A. (“Riverton”) is a BVI based SPV representing a Gulf business family. The family is regarded as a leading business family in the Gulf with diversified interests ranging from a global industrial portfolio, automobile and real estate investments. Riverton was established as the real estate investment arm for the family and individual family members. The Family Trust are experienced real estate investors and have a number of assets in Middle East, UK, U.S.A., and Continental Europe. Since making its first investment in 2011 in central London property, Riverton has steadily built a portfolio which today comprises of multiple properties located in prominent neighborhoods in the West End, Midtown & City. The prime objective of this portfolio is to generate above market yield which is achieved by either seeking properties that fit this objective or by implementing value add strategy to achieve the desired yield. Over time, Riverton has developed capacity to undertake asset management strategies ranging from lease renegotiations, complete refurbishment to successful asset disposal. Riverton has forged strong relationships with prominent names in the UK real estate industry which combined with its risk appetite and long term vision has enabled it to identify unique investment opportunities to form a portfolio of real estate assets with a combined characteristic of strong cash flows and significant capital appreciation potential.
