Rivers Locking Systems' roots extend back to 1926 when Mr Hector Rivers started a small fabrication business in Melbourne. Over the years Mr Rivers developed a patented key-drive lock which could operate a rack and pinion mechanism. Whilst this mechanism is still in use in some form today, the business has expanded to offer a full range of industrial grade perimeter security products. Such products include but are not limited to: multi-point locking mechanisms for doors and roller shutters, ram raid barriers, high security door units and steel security grilles. Rivers works closely with construction companies, large corporate clients and industry stakeholders on the specification and design of products. Our goal is to provide physical perimeter security solutions that minimise risk to life and property. In conjunction with the other Austral Monsoon Group companies, we are able to provide a full range of building products.
