The seed that grew into Daylesford Organic was sown over forty years ago when Carole Bamford recognised the importance and benefits of organic farming. What began as a simple passion for real food and a desire to feed our children better has become one of the most sustainable farms and retailers in the UK.
We farm, make, package and source our products in a way that leaves the lightest touch on the planet, in harmony with nature – working with the land to regenerate and replenish. We champion an approach that rejects synthetic chemicals and harmful, intensive methods in favour of healthy soil, nurtured livestock, nutritious food and artisan craft.
Our flagship location in the Cotswolds and four farmshops in London each have thriving retail and café spaces and we are always looking for dedicated, talented, passionate people who want to make a positive impact on the world.
