With over 10 years’ experience in the London house share market and as an expat living in London himself, founder Rudi Thirion saw a gap in the market to provide a house share / property management service with a difference. We do all the legwork. We handpick properties and evaluate them against strict criteria. All our properties are close to transport links, shops and within Zone 3. We provide an all-inclusive service to both landlords and tenants. We manage entire properties on our landlords’ behalf and for our tenants, we provide houses that are fully-furnished with all necessities AND we handle all bill payments.
