The Norwegian National Opera & Ballet consists of the companies the Norwegian National Ballet and the Norwegian National Opera, in addition to the Norwegian National Opera Orchestra, the Norwegian National Opera Chorus, the Norwegian National Opera Children’s Chorus and the Norwegian National Ballet School. The Norwegian National Opera & Ballet has an extensive and diverse collaboration with businesses and organizations in Norwegian society. In a Scandinavian context, we are a leader in the field, with a record-breaking contribution to the financing of our artistic activity. In the Opera, it is also possible to rent many of our facilities of different sizes, for seminars, meeting activities and smaller events. We have a strong team of experienced project managers who help everyone who wants to arrange something with us.

The National Museum of Art, Architecture and Design, Norway. The National Museum holds, preserves, exhibits, and promotes public knowledge about, Norway's most extensive collections of art, architecture and design. It shows permanent exhibitions of works from its own collections and temporary exhibitions that incorporate works loaned from elsewhere. The Museum's exhibition venues in Oslo are the National Gallery, the Museum of Contemporary Art, the National Museum – Architecture, and the Museum of Decorative Arts and Design. The Museum's programme also includes exhibitions that tour both within and beyond Norway's borders.

Nationaltheatret er Norges største teater med et uttalt mål om å bli anerkjent som et av Europas ledende teatre; tradisjonsrikt og grensesprengende. Nationaltheatret har siden åpningen i 1899 gitt den norske dramatikken og norsk som scenespråk et hjem. Ønsket om å etablere et teater for norske dramatikere og scenekunstnere var en selvsagt del av nasjonsbyggingen og løsrivelsen fra Sverige rundt forrige århundreskifte, en prosess som munnet ut i unionsoppløsningen i 1905. Statuene av Henrik Ibsen og Bjørnstjerne Bjørnson troner fortsatt foran hovedinngangen. Sammen med Ludvig Holberg har disse to nasjonale ikonene også navnene gravert på fasaden av teaterbygningen. Bygningen ble fredet etter lov om kulturminner i 1983.
