A Cocktail bar celebrating the diversity and expressions of Rum. Styled in the form of a ships hull, from the golden age of Piracy. Set within the dry center of the once used ship the hull being re-commissioned into the the drinkery set within the town of London. Rum was the main cargo that was transported on the infamous skipper and now the bar servers & cooks mix up with flavours from across the globe into Grogg’s, Cock-Tails & delicious Grubb from the slaving master cook. For the real adventurous sailors our captain has created experiences he garnered from across the seas, from Rum Blending master classes to our High Sea-Tipsy Tea all delivered by our relatively sober crew…
