RESULT is a community interest company based in Greater Manchester. We specialise in personal development, offering coaching and training programmes for people from marginalised communities, as well as organisational development, supporting the puclic and private sectors to improve their approaches to equity, diversity and inclusion. All of RESULT’s associates use their own lived experiences of marginalisation to bring authenticity to their work, allowing for a deep connection with clients that brings about lasting change. We are one of a handful or organisations that offers coaching in BSL. Our work has a broad range, from our DELTA programme (Disability Empowers Leadership Talent) for disabled leaders in the Civil Service, to Ideas Into Action working with entrepreneurial refugees, through to supporting individuals and community organisations to achieve their full potential. We have a suite of programmes that can be adapted to meet your own requirements, or we can create a programme specifically for you. Inclusion Confidence equips coaches, mentors, team leaders and managers with the knowledge, skills and practical tools to provide more inclusive and effective support with a focus on intersectionality. Level Best promotes more confident, assertive staff with a clearer sense of how they want to progress and develop in their careers. Confident Conversations is for staff, colleagues and managers who want to be able to speak more confidently with colleagues from diverse backgrounds or with experience different from theirs. RESULT’s Directors are Jane Cordell and Saif Ali. They both have lived experience of marginalisation and have held senior positions in industry and government. By bringing their own experiences to their work, they remove barriers between RESULT and clients, creating a space where everyone can be themselves.
