In onze Zaanse, Amsterdamse en Amstelveense keukens maken wij op ambachtelijke wijze en met veel plezier hoemoes, heel veel andere Mezze's en falafel. Zo veel mogelijk veganistisch maar in ieder geval lekker vegetarisch.
