Founded in response to the devastating crack-cocaine epidemic of the 1980s, CADCA was born from a nationwide need to mobilize communities against rising drug use. Since 1992, CADCA has been the premier prevention association, equipping coalitions with the tools, knowledge and support needed to create positive change in their communities.
