Resource Dimensions is a Washington-based, woman-owned economic and policy consulting firm specializing in integrated analysis and development of sustainable solutions to today’s intractable challenges. The firm has field offices in Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Minnesota, Montana, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Wyoming. Drawing on extensive industry knowledge, distinguished professionals, and innovative analytics, we work with communities, tribal, state and federal agencies, private and nonprofit sector partners alike to develop creative tools and lasting solutions to land use, conservation, natural resource, energy, community development, and transportation issues. Our structure is uniquely grounded in ecological principals, in which we combine the dimensions of economics, social and biophysical sciences to produce useful, cost-effective, and precedent-setting results for our clients. Core practice areas include land use, recreation, land conservation, water and water rights, community & regional economics, financial analysis, energy, fishery & natural resource economics, litigation support, sustainability planning, ecosystem services valuation, social capital valuation, and the development of interdisciplinary decision-support models for resource management and economic development. Together we have completed over 730 projects for public, private, tribal and non‐profit clients in 22 states across the U.S. and six countries since 1985.
