Ambrosia String Quartet Information

The Ambrosia String Quartet serves Seattle, Tacoma, Bremerton, Gig Harbor, Olympia, and surrounding areas. We offer the following: Violin Soloist Flute Soloist Piano Soloist String Duo Flute and Violin Duo String Trio Flute, Violin, and Cello Trio Piano Trio (piano, violin, cello) String Quartet If you would like suggestions for music selections, Annette will gladly provide those for you. Should you also have a special piece you would like performed, we will acquire the music or write an arrangement of it. For your convenience we accept PayPal and credit cards through PayPal. There is a 3.5% fee for using PayPal (deposit, final balance, or both). This 3.5% fee should be paid with a separate check to the quartet. We now have a new piece of equipment for those of you who need a sound system in a location without a power source (i.e., boats, mountain tops, a large garden, arboretums, parks, etc.). It is our small, very quiet (54 decibels) digital inverter generator. This generator can be rented for just $50 when it is used in combination with our sound system. We now offer the use of a 10' x 10' white canopy for your special event. The rental fee is just $50. The string ensemble requires some kind of cover for outdoor events. The quartet now has a professional sound system with speakers and pickups for each of the instruments. Normally this isn't needed for wedding ceremonies, but wedding cocktail hours, wedding receptions, and corporate events can sometimes have a noise level which drowns out the quartet. Amplification of the instruments makes it possible for the guests to hear the music. Our volume is fully adjustable. Just let us know if you will be needing this for your event. We will rent the equipment for the very low rental fee of $100. Please be sure to provide us with a three prong outlet unless you are also renting the generator.
