ReRight helps music creators and rightsholders get paid everything they're owed. Most artists, songwriters and producers are owed music publishing royalties they never collect. The systems that hold the money were built for a pre-digital era and never modernised — so income slips through the gaps and remains uncollected, or sits in conflict due to data issues, then gets redistributed to whoever holds the biggest market share in the territory of usage. ReRight closes those gaps. We find and recover the royalties our clients are owed, with modern publishing administration, built on direct licensing infrastructure — collecting globally across every DSP and publishing royalty type, not just US mechanicals. Co-founded by Thomas Breslin (CEO) and Daniel Ward (CPO), who met 25 years ago working in the legendary Leeds record store, Playmusic, while at university. Daniel is a professional music creator and DJ — formerly signed to Universal Music Publishing, playing clubs and festivals from Circoloco to Glastonbury, and the manager who launched the early careers of GABRIELS and TSHA. Thomas is a music and IP lawyer qualified in the UK and California; he worked at Google/YouTube, where he helped build Content ID and negotiated with major music companies and CMOs. He's also a DJ and worked at the record label of house legends Masters At Work. We've watched this money go uncollected first-hand — including our own — and built ReRight to fix it.
