We are a Social Enterprise which works mainly for Grassroots Non Government Organisations (NGOs) and Community Based Organizations (CBOs) with the vision that every social organization is sustainable, performing well and creating social change. We believe that Grassroots NGOs and CBOs have potential to create social change as they are very closely connected with community and have in-depth sense of community issues. But these change makers of India need organizational development skills and hand holding support to create multiplier effect on community. We have range of services like: Community Development Program (CDP) - The eight month’s association with organisations build the CBOs in their own capacity by providing assistance and training in varied ways. Making these organisations reach a benchmark of completeness in terms of documentation and achieve regulatory sustainability is a goal of the program. We receive support of CSRs (Corporate Social Responsibility) who invest in these organization for their integrated development. Organization Development Program (ODP) - Supplementing to the flagship program, Renovate India also provides support in a customized way to the NGOs/ CBOs. Since established organizations have their systems and process defined and set, but need few services for which they lack expertise or knowledge and are also Need Based. The services include - Annual Report, Setting up of Information System, Project Proposal writing, Annual Progress report and Research. Learning and Development Program (LDP) - Renovate India through its Learning and Development Program has introduced the concept of Glocal, where it brings global knowledge to local level. For this we follow a Practical Approach where the organization applies the concepts learnt into its day to day functioning.
