Reneza transforms outdated and complicated rental process to one that's intuitive, simplified, easy-to-use and transparent by combining technology, digitisation and 24/7 customer service. Landlords are offered with tenant find & full property management services under a secure and transparent go-to platform with automated tenant search, online rental payments, online tenant screenings, digital electronic signatures and automated maintenance processes. Service is supported by our centralised team of operations and on-demand agent network across the whole country. Landlords can fully customize rental services (choose various services from the marketplace based on their needs such as viewings, property photography, check-ins etc.) through the platform. We charge a fixed monthly fee (up to 80% lower than traditional high street agents) whilst tenants enjoy zero fees and get to improve their credit scores while renting through Reneza platform. Available everywhere in the United Kingdom, Reneza was founded in June, 2018 and is headquartered in London. We believe that future doesn't belong to traditional letting agencies.
