Relog (est. September 2019) is a retail and logistics consulting firm specializing in developing competitive distribution strategies, infrastructure and operations. With considerable expertise and power-house customer experience, the Relog team is able to transform supply chain strategies and distribution infrastructure to a new level with a focus on sustainability, new technologies, AI, and the 4th industrial revolution Relog is a new company platform that takes supply chain consulting in a new direction - the exponentially changing, dynamic domain of retail and logistics demands the fresh approach. The Relog team’s combined experience is responsible for hundreds of supply chain optimisation and facility development projects over the last 32 years - several of which totalling investment costs in excess of ZAR 1 billion ($60 million).
