In addition to our primary data center in Baltimore, RINTS operates a second off-site data center in co-operation with our systems partners at Electronic Data Solutions, Inc., based in Rosedale, Maryland. This second data center allows RINTS to provide off-site server and/or data replication for high-security and high-reliability applications. If your system requires multi-site colocation, RINTS can deliver with our established point-to-point connectivity and multiple data center offerings. Every RINTS server features robust fault-tolerance technology, with redundant power supplies, redundant hard disk technologies employing Ultra320 SCSI, SAS, or SATA-II disks (depending on performance and storage requirements), battery-backed hardware RAID controllers, ECC protected memory, multiple Intel Xeon processors, and redundant hot-plug fans. For the utmost in remote managability, each server includes Remote Server Management via IPMI or HP ILO techologies, providing full remote control and power management support in the event of a system crash or remote repair scenario.
