The Relaxation Project, founded by Judy Kater assists people with learning to access a place of inner calm and a sense of renewal in their daily life. In today's fast-paced modern world, all too easily people experience feeling short of time, overwhelmed and varying levels of stress. Stress is the underlying contributor to most people's health challenges. The Relaxation Project focuses on YOU. Attention and support is given to nurture your wellbeing. Individual and Group sessions are designed to include one or more of the following modalities: Meditation, Yoga, Counselling, Life Coaching, Harmonic Sound Healing and Energetic Healing. Create a healthy and fulfilling connection to all aspects of yourself - physical, emotional, mental, energetic and spiritual. The first step is to take TIME FOR YOU. Judy shares over 25 years experience. She is a qualified and professionally trained Yoga Teacher, Meditation Facilitator, Holistic Counsellor, Life Coach, Energetic Healer and Harmonic Sound Practitioner. Judy also trains health practitioners at Nature Care College in Sydney, having written the curriculum for the Meditation Facilitator's Certificate and a variety of Wellness Courses. Thousands of people have benefitted from Judy's experience and knowledge.
