Now, we are offering New Generation RGB Xylobands (MK4 and MK5) and XyloBalls! Innovation is a key aspect of our business. Our products are the result of a considerable investment of time and money. To protect this investment, we always look to acquire appropriate intellectual property rights and, like many companies, appropriately police these rights (whet her they arise under patents, trademarks, design and/or unfair competition/common law provisions). In the event that our legal rights are assessed to have been breached, we will make full use of the law and the resources at our disposal to secure injunctive relief, to obtain full compensation and to recover all costs.
