Redemption Roasters Information

Redemption Roasters is a London specialty coffee roaster with eleven coffee shops and a roastery in North Wembley. Our mission is to reduce reoffending through coffee. We roast every coffee we serve and sell, and our shops serve food we are proud of alongside it. You can find us across London, from Hampstead to Victoria Station, and online, where our coffees, brewing kit and subscriptions are delivered across the UK. We run barista and coffee training academies in prisons and in the community. Participants who complete their training can move into paid jobs in our shops and roastery, with support from our caseworkers once they join us. We supply coffee to workplaces, contract caterers and hospitality across London and beyond, with equipment, barista training and service, and social value reporting our clients can use. If you would like to talk about coffee for your business, visit redemptionroasters.com or message us here. We were awarded the King’s Award for Enterprise for our work. We are always looking for good people to join us, in the shops, the roastery and the office.
