Our founder, a chef by trade, chose the name Red, White & Brew to highlight the beverages that enhance the fresh, bold flavors in his menu of traditional and new American favorites. We're thrilled to bring the Bold American Dining of Red, White & Brew to the Prescott community in 2021! As a local restaurant, the community we serve is as important as our food, with "Local Places.
