Reconstruct Ltd Information

Reconstruct’s purpose is to improve services for children and young people. We do this via three core activities: ‘training and development’, ‘consultancy and project management’ and ‘independent children’s services’. All three areas are informed by our research service. We work with children, parents, practitioners, managers and directors. This gives us a real insight into what is required from all perspectives and provides us with a unique ability to understand current drivers, priorities and experiences in the social care field. We combine this knowledge and experience, with our passion for continuous improvement and high quality customer service. Working collaboratively in this way we both deliver and achieve more. We have an exceptional team with extensive experience in childcare, covering all geographical areas. We understand the jobs people are trying to do and are there to help.
