Realization Center Information

Realization Center offers a non-sectarian approach to spiritual realization. It is also a place for personal exploration and healing through psychotherapy, bodywork and movement. At Realization Center, spiritual realization is understood to be the direct experience of the fundamental dimension of consciousness. Spiritual realization includes psychological maturity, the transformation of the body, and the deepening of our communication with people and nature. This approach assures that we can get up from our meditation pillows and still retain our realization. It is therefore particularly suited to contemporary life. The various methods offered at Realization Center can be used to complement and enhance your current path, or as an alternative to traditional religion and psychotherapy. Rather than practicing a religion, the focus here is simply on spiritual realization itself. This is the realization of our most subtle, non-dual dimension of consciousness, which is experienced pervading our individual form and the environment at the same time. It is the basis of both our sense of individual wholeness and our unity with all other life.
