Gail and Dominiq Dudley, mother daughter duo are the co-founders of READY Magazine, based in Columbus, Ohio with subscribers in all 50 U.S. States and several countries. Gail is an accomplished author and entrepreneur who has served diverse communities over the past 25 years. Dominiq is a recent Howard University graduate who attended high school at Olentangy Orange High School. Weary of purchasing magazines with more pages of advertisements than substantive and meaningful content, together they launched READY. They were determined to produce a creative, content-rich, and cutting-edge publication that would provide a platform for the beautiful diversity of women and girls around the world to share their powerful voices. READY is challenging women and girls to move beyond the status quo.
