REACH Information

REACH is a local non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering and improving the lives of the most disadvantaged youth in Vietnam through access to quality vocational training, soft skills and decent employment. Our mission is to create sustainable opportunities for young people in Vietnam, especially those from rural and impoverished communities, to gain the skills and support they need to break the cycle of poverty and achieve their full potential. Since our founding in 2008, we have helped over 21,000 students graduate from our programs and go on to find employment in a wide range of industries, from hospitality and tourism to IT and Marketing. Our training programs are designed to equip our students with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed both professionally and personally. At REACH, we believe that education and training are the keys to unlocking the potential of Vietnam's next generation of leaders and changemakers.
