Rapture Consulting is a consumer research and insights consultancy helping businesses and brands keep people rapt. Donna Bonde is the Owner and Director of Rapture Consulting. She has been inspiring businesses and brands with consumer insights for over 11 years with results from qualitative research such as focus groups, in-depth interviews, mobile ethnography, online forums / discussion boards, in-home / on-site behavioural observations, accompanied shops, open-ended surveys, video diaries / blogs, case studies. The sorts of projects Rapture Consulting does: Consumer needs analysis - understand what consumers want and need before goods and services are developed to identify opportunities and rule out areas of limited opportunity in the market. Concept testing - test out ideas with consumers to improve chances of developing goods and services that will be relevant and differentiated. Product testing and refinement - test a prototype or reactions to goods and services already in market in order to refine and improve upon features and benefits. Communications and brand testing - improve the market performance of goods and services without making any changes to the goods and services themselves with marketing communications. Involves developing and/or testing consumer responses to key messages, branded behaviours and calls to action. Customer journey research - understanding customer perceptions, motivations, attitudes, emotions, behaviours, information needs and opportunities at each stage of the customer's journey.
