Our focus is on sophisticated business insights and organisational culture diagnostics. Rapid Context is a consulting firm providing analysis to Defence, Defence Industry and other organisations in the government and corporate sector. The firm fills a gap in the current consulting market where large players have limited capacity to adapt their generic blueprints or solutions. Rapid Context uses a range of research methods to provide in depth analysis - observation, ethnography, face to face interviews, analysis of organisational artefacts, and surveys when needed, leveraging on the organisation’s existing data where possible. The main focus is on qualitative methodology. Rapid Context helps clients to articulate the right questions to ask about their organisation’s structural, social, political or cultural issues. This allows it to draw out complexity and propose solutions that can result in authentic, sustainable change. Occasionally Rapid Context partners with bigger firms. To date 100% of existing clients have commissioned further projects.
