To do this, we walk the journey together with each individual to enable a continuous, collaborative exploration of the patient’s circumstances, beliefs, values, and capabilities. Each individual is provided critical assessments, feedback, interventions, and data along their own personalized pain and treatment path to help manage pain while keeping individuals free from becoming dependent on opioids or other medications.
