In my semi-retirement I have been focusing on developing better methods to more effectively and affordably provide technical training to working people. I have tried to presenting the most relevent material in a way (thanks to my wife who is a learning professoinal) that is easier to learn. I offer in person, webinars and narrated elearning classes. An integrated curriculum of over 10 courses spans microelectronics, optoelectronics, MEMS, IC reliability, submicron CMOS, device physics, CMOS IC technology and microbiology.
