Qualmax manufactures spring contact probes (pogo pin) and test sockets. We do every phase of manufacturing in-house; from design engineering, piece part fabrication, machining, plating (Ni, Au, Pd, Co, Cu and etc.), assembly, test to quality control, and thus we can manage the process parameters very tight. Our quality is top of the line and lead time is very short. We are specialized in custom designs per customer's application, and yet we normally do not charge NRE. We have over 3000 different designs in our library already, and our design turn around time is usually over night for the probes and 3 to 4 days for the test sockets.
