Put Them First was birthed by a conversation between two current, passionate carers who shared similar views and experienced and determined that things could be done better. Awareness needed to be raised and a real difference sought. They both felt that they could bring about reduced trauma though advocating for positive changes to practices for 0-2 year olds. They decided to try give them a voice and 'Put Them First'.
