The Psynapse story began in 2011, when the company was founded with the goal of bringing innovative cognitive science techniques out of the laboratory, and into the world of practical solutions to organisational problems. A central passion for our work was, and remains, working with techniques to identify people’s unconscious beliefs (including biases), and developing effective development frameworks to improve diversity and inclusion practices. We have also turned our insights to enhancing organisations’ collective intellectual capital by helping leaders develop the cognitive skills and adaptive, innovative habits of mind that grow collective intelligence, and help them and their organisations thrive in complex, fast-paced performance cultures. We now work with some of the most prominent organisations in Australia, to delivery diversity, inclusion and innovation development for leaders across a range of industries and sectors including; Medibank , Orica, Australia Post, ANZ Bank, Commonwealth Bank, Jetstar Airways, QANTAS, Victoria Police, Deakin University, Deloitte, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
