As a company we conduct all in house advertising at no additional cost to the client which is promoted on various internet job sites and which is based on employment specification provided by the client. Telephone screening, interviewing, CV validation, candidate preparation, DBS (security vetting) and providing all relevant information to the client for candidate evaluation prior to an interview being arranged by our offices are all part and parcel of the services offered. We aim to respect both candidate and client in the same fashion. We are just, fair and guarantee to respond to every CV that is forwarded to us by candidates seeking employment. We seek to work closely with the client with a view to improving the recruitment process and are always open to suggestions to achieve this goal. In addition, we monitor the progress of candidates that have been successful in obtaining a permanent position by way of a feedback form which is emailed after completion of a number of weeks work.
