Formed in 2001 by Sue Windley, Certainty Marketing Ltd provides sales, marketing and social media solutions to SMEs (Small & Medium-sized Enterprises), Charities and Social Enterprises in the West Country. Sue combines her many years of sales and marketing experience (as a practitioner and trainer) with a deep knowledge of the Psychology of Communication. This enables her to pinpoint solutions for clients that predict buying behaviours - so limited resources can be focused where they will bring most return. In addition, Sue uses her networks and connections to bring together highly experienced sales people, digital marketers, social media specialists, trainers & coaches, Big Data specialists and recruiters, who collaborate to provide practical knowledge and operational expertise.
