Since becoming a licensed contractor in 1985, we have developed Prospaces into a fair and reliable company with a solid common sense approach. Before venturing into commercial interior construction, we concentrated on fine home restorations in Los Angeles including the Bullocks home in Hancock Park. In 1990, an opportunity came to manage commercial tenant improvements in Los Angeles and Pasadena. Weve supervised projects such as the Operating Engineers headquarters, law firms and a number of other businesses. From 1995 and on, we included retail build outs and remodels. Some of our past work includes national retailers such as Bose, Swarovski, Aerosoles, Famous Footwear, and Manpower. More recently, our work includes retail bank branches and corporate offices for OneWest and Broadway Federal Bank. The majority of our work is repeat business from our customers.
