Property Certification and Compliance Division Operating across every postcode of the UK, PropCert provides property certification through its extensive hybrid network of directly employed and subcontracted field operatives. Our market leading and bespoke portal software allows seamless delivery of the below services for both residential and commercial properties: Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) Gas Safety Certificates Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) Heating Division Launched in 2020, PropCerts heating division has quickly grown to become one of the largest service partners to members of the 'Big 6' energy companies. Our highly skilled engineers complete new heating installations, servicing and breakdowns. PropCert will continue to expand its offering to ensure demands of the blue chip clients and housing associations are met. PropCert is looking to continue its expansion in the industry and lead the transition towards renewable alternatives such as heat pumps and hydrogen boilers. Electrical Division Following on from an EICR, PropCert are able to quote for and complete any range of remedials or installation work required. Quotes that are easy to read and break down the jargon of the industry allow our customers to fully understand the process of what's required and how it can be achieved. In 2021 the electrical division launched its nation offering of Electric Vehicle Charging Point installations. Key partnerships with manufacturers and close work with grant providers, PropCert has already installed over 2000 charge points at both residential and commercial properties.
