Project Navigator, Ltd., an operating company on the Verdantas platform, works with oil and gas, utility, mining and other industrial clients to right-size the scope, mitigate costs and risks for large, often complex, environmental remediation projects and their associated liabilities. Our key contributions include: • Working directly with each clients' project managers to formulate strategies for defining and optimizing environmental/remedial solutions. • Managing and coordinating all functions required to tactically implement those solutions at appropriate costs and schedules. • Activities range from sites’ assessments to remedy design, construction management to long-term OM&M stewardship. • Collaborating with sister company PVNavigtor, LLC to develop photovoltaic (PV) solar installations on environmentally impacted sites.

Project Dynamics, Inc is a privately held, joint venture between David Shulman and Paul Jones (PJ), who have a combined 60+ years in the hospitality industry, David and PJ created Project Dynamics in 2000 to provide professional, comprehensive FF&E and OS&E procurement, expediting and consulting services, while maintaining the highest ethical business practices in the industry.
