Since its inception in 1997, Progressive Development Group, Inc. (PDG) has gained recognition for sound, expeditious, and economical engineering and architectural development services both regionally and nationally. From our initial work with the petroleum industry (including BP Amoco, Exxon Mobil, Hess, Marathon, RaceTrac, and Shell), a growing reputation for client satisfaction and project expertise soon afforded us opportunities for expansion. Today, PDG provides a full scope of services: civil and electrical engineering, architectural and planning services, program management for ADA, fast food restaurants, re-imaging, development of office parks, and roll-out programs. The majority of our clients are nationally known, including such well recognized names as Holiday Inn, Verizon, Penske Truck Rental, 7 Eleven, Circle K, RaceTrac, Sunoco, Fifth Third Bank, Bank of America, McDonald’s, and Panera Bread. As a result of the close relationships we have with our clients, PDG has had the opportunity to establish a construction division, Commercial Maintenance Systems, Inc. (CMS). Initially founded to offer maintenance services to our petroleum clients, CMS is now providing complete construction services. This has allowed PDG to institute a comprehensive design/build program. Most notably, however, is the fact that over 80% of our work is from repeat customers, clear evidence that total commitment to client satisfaction has always been, and continues to be, our primary goal.
