Process4People is an organization with years of experience in the field of ICT, SharePoint and operations. In these years it proved over and over again that many IT and SharePoint projects fail by the fact that they are imposed on the organization by the directors and management of the IT department. Rarely projects are initiated by those who are part of the process concerned. Process4People would like to do differently as it is all about processes for people! We are working on solutions from the perspective of the user and always include them in the process. We are looking at automating and enriching current tasks so that the workload can be performed efficiently. Once the involvement of employees is significantly increased, success will be achieved. Our methodology To make sure SharePoint projects do stand out and deliver we developed our own methodology, "Successful with SharePoint." Our methodology is based on the “Waterfall” and “Agile” methodologies. This means that we in various stages work closely together with our customers and train the involved employees during the entire process. Quality We stand for achieving the highest quality by using the Microsoft guidelines. We check and measure the quality with methods that have proven to be effective. A realistic assessment of the feasibility of a specific pathway is an important part of our quality control. Functional quality is very diverse. We look with a new and fresh view, from a user perspective to the question, wishes and requirements of users. Optimal end-user experience provides an organization wide support which makes it possible to successfully complete a SharePoint project. By deploying SharePoint in companies one create adhesion on the process. This way processes can be better controlled. By giving customers insight in the wide range of SharePoint functionalities in the beginning of the co-operation follow-up phases can be converted more efficiently into useful functionality.
